It depends on if you're reproducing the infographic as an image in your work, or just using the information contained in it.

If you're reproducing the image in a paper, then you'll need to cite it as an image (APA|MLA). You may be able to apply different attribution rules if you're reproducing the image in a digital assignment.

If you're citing the information it contains and not including the image, then you'll format your citation according to where you found the infographic (e.g. treat it as a website, newspaper article, ebook, etc.).
