Q. How do I cite information from an infographic?

It depends on if you're reproducing the infographic as an image in your work, or just using the information contained in it.

If you're reproducing the image in a paper, then you'll need to cite it as an image (APA|MLA). You may be able to apply different attribution rules if you're reproducing the image in a digital assignment.

If you're citing the information it contains, then you'll format your citation according to where you found the infographic (e.g. treat it as a website, newspaper article, ebook, etc.).
