Q. Can Seneca freely use student projects to promote its programs?

Students maintain copyright over all of their work completed while at Seneca. Seneca would require a signed consent form from students to use their work for any purpose. The consent form should be tailored for each specific situation. This applies even if you're reaching out to potential students.
