If you are having trouble accessing the databases or other digital resources off campus, it could be the result of a number of issues. Please see our troubleshooting tips for possible causes and solutions.

If you're on campus make sure you're using the SenecaNet wireless network; the SenecaGuest and Eduroam networks will not allow access to library resources.

If you're receiving an error stating "Your account does not have access to use the system" and are enrolled in the current term, you can contact the library with the following details:

  • Name
  • MySeneca email
  • Student ID
  • program or course name (and start and end dates)
