Make sure you're authenticating through the My Learning portal on Blackboard when trying to authenticate to Lynda.com. You need to access the website through Seneca's servers in order to be authorized.

Still not working? The problem could be your Seneca username and password. If this is the case, speak with Help Desk staff at your campus to help resolve the issue.
