If your username and password aren't working when you're trying to log into the LinkedIn Learning database then there are a couple of things you can check:

  1. Make sure you're authenticating through the red Login to LinkedIn Learning button when accessing LinkedIn Learning. Your must authenticate through Seneca's servers for access rather than trying to login directly through the LinkedIn Learning website.
  2. If you’re getting an error when trying to login, clear all cookies and the cache in your browser then try again. Here’s how to clear cache in Firefox and Chrome.
