Q. Why can't I renew my books online?

There could be several reasons for this. Most commonly:

• The book is on hold for another patron.
• The book is already overdue
• You aren't registered for the current term.

What do I do if my books won't renew?

If you have trouble renewing your books online you can chat with us using the chat box on the right, email us, or stop by the library in person during our staffed hours (9-5 Mon-Fri). We will investigate and renew your books for you if we can.
