After you book a studio you will receive an email in your MySeneca account stating that your booking is pending. Don't panic! Here's what you need to know about bookings:

  • We approve bookings manually, and because of that they're often only approved between 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. We may not have seen your request yet.
  • Most bookings are approved, and you'll receive another email to confirm. Cancelations may happen if a space is being booked for a purpose it's not suited for, but you'll receive a notice either way.
  • If your booking is pending the room will be held for you. Even if it's pending the time slot is considered yours. No one else can book that room during that time.
