An infographic is a combination of images and text designed to share information in a visually appealing way. By presenting information in graphical elements like diagrams, charts, colours and placement an infographic can improve cognition by showcasing patterns and trends and by reinforcing text-based information with visual elements.
When submitting an infographic as part of an assignment, infographics are commonly shared as an image file or PDF.
