Students can book spaces online using our Room Booking page.

Spaces can be booked up to 7 days in advance (including the day of booking). Read the study room rules on the booking page beforehand to avoid disappointment.

Where are these rooms?

King: Media pods are inside the library to the right as you enter.

Markham: Study rooms are located on the 4th, 5th, and 6th floors by room number.

Newnham: Rooms B2087, B2090, and the three media pods are located in the lounge area to the left as you enter the library. All other rooms are in the Computing Commons.

Seneca@York: 1000 level rooms are located at the back of the library; media pods are located near the back of the Computing Commons. 3000 level rooms are on the third floor of the SEQ building.

What's in the space?

This list can tell you how many seats a space has, or if the room has a whiteboard or computer.

Can faculty book a room?

Not through the booking system. Faculty interested in a study room must contact the library directly.

Markham: x77521
Newnham: x22099
Seneca@York: x33055

Since study rooms are meant for student use, booking requests from faculty will be declined at peak times.
