Q. Should I underline my DOI or URL in my APA citation?

You can use the default formatting in your word processing system (usually this is hyperlinked blue text, sometimes underlined), or you can choose to leave the URL in plain text (i.e. plain black, no underline). Whichever you choose, we recommend that you are consistent with your choice throughout your References List.
