Accessible facilities are located throughout the library. All Seneca libraries utilize automatic doors and visual and audio fire alarms. Wheelchair accessible workstations with a clearance of 28” (71cm) are available at all campuses and the library’s service desk can provide accessible access. Newnham and Seneca@York campus libraries provides accessible group study rooms and all libraries have designated quiet study zones.

Seneca Libraries are equipped with accessible self-checkout kiosks. These accessible kiosks provide height adjustable controls, surface areas that holds bags and extra books and extra-large monitors designed to help make self-checkout more accessible to many.
