By default your list will be in Draft mode, and only the list owner, collaborators and administrators have access to the list. Once you are ready to share with students or others, click "my list is ready" at the top of the list.

In order to make the list available to students for use you must publish your list with one of the following three options:

"Course Students" - Only students in the courses that are associated with this list* are able to access the list and the items.

"All students at the institution" - Any student with access to BlackBoard Learn is able to access the list and the items.

"Anyone" - The list is public, and anyone can access it and the items without logging in. Please note that library resources in the list will still require Seneca authentication.

*You can associate your list with any courses at any time. We recommend that you associate your list with a course before your publish and create a course tool link ("Leganto Resource List Ultra"). Follow the links below for more information on how to associate courses and add a link to the list in your course.
