The Management Proxy Circular, or Management Information Circular, is a filing produced by public companies. These filings will often contain information on executive compensation for public companies.

Find these documents on the company website; look for a section called ‘Investor Relations’, ‘Financial Reports’ or something similar. This may appear in one of the website menus, or in a section with information about the company. Or, try searching within SEDAR.
