If you are seeing an "Unhandled Exception" error when trying to book a Sandbox / citation workshop or a research appointment please contact librarytechhelp@senecapolytechnic.ca and attach a full screenshot showing the entire error message and details (and if possible, your IP address), and we will submit a ticket to ITS on your behalf.
Please note that you are only able to book a workshop or research appointment if you are currently enrolled in a course.
