AODA stands for Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.

The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act was created by the Ontario government with the intention of removing barriers for individuals with disabilities by 2025.

Seneca Polytechnic embraces the requirements of AODA and is committed to expanding access and support to all students, employees and visitors with disabilities, by having as its goal a barrier-free learning and working environment to enable academic and employment success. It is the commitment of Seneca Libraries to make every reasonable effort to facilitate use of the collections and services by all library users.

Additional information on AODA can be found on Seneca's Accessibility Policy page and the Ontario government website Accessibility in Ontario and About Accessibility Laws.
