Unfortunately not. Currently there is no collective licensing between Ontario's post-secondary institutions for a shared pool of databases and other e-resources.

The contracts we typically sign with a database vendor limit access to current students, faculty, and staff at Seneca, but not non-Senecans. This is, in part, due to logistics: to log in on-campus and off-campus/remotely, you require a current Seneca e-mail username and password, which requires Seneca registration.
