Not likely. Unfortunately music copyright is complicated, so if you want to post music online, you'll need to get the required permissions and there will most likely be a fee.
The easiest way to handle this type of situation would be to either link to legitimate copies of the music online or for the program to purchase the music on CD. No special permissions are needed to play a legal copy of a CD to students in the classroom.

Start with the Canadian Musical Reproduction Rights Agency (CMMRA), you can email them at inquiries@cmrra.ca.
You will also have to contact Re:Sound, a music licensing agency, you can email them at info@resound.ca.
