Most business cases found outside of books or library databases are licensed with specific permitted uses. You would have to check with the business school in-question. Often there is a per-student fee for making copies, and if you do not have an original printing in-hand or on-file, there may also be a fee to acquire a copy for reproduction as well.

The department originating the request is responsible for funding/paying for such requests. Paper copies cannot be digitized and disseminated via email or My.Seneca without permission or licensing from the publisher of the business case.
