Typically the answer to this question will be "no".

Under Fair Dealing, a person can only copy an insubstantial amount of a work (e.g., a single chapter, a single article, no more than 10% of a work, etc.) for personal or educational use. The library also doesn't have the resources available to complete large-scale scanning projects.
