Q. How do I report a noise disturbance in the library?

Excessive noise can be a bother, especially during exam time!

For immediate assistance during staffed hours (M-F 9-5) please notify us through our AskUs Live chat or talk to a library staff member at the closest service desk. Staff will do their best to address anyone creating a disturbance as soon as possible. If you're notifying us of a noise issue through our chat please include:

• Your campus
• Your location in the library (either your seat number if you're at a study carrel (top-left of the small AskUs label at each carrel (e.g. "noise is near seat 59!"), or the specific location of the noise (e.g. "groups in the stacks", "people talking in the silent study room", etc.)
