In Canada, all tangible works are automatically protected by Copyright Law as soon as they have been created. This applies to all creations in a fixed format as long as certain conditions have been met, and includes original literary, dramatic, musical, and artistic works.

Please see the Copyright Act and Seneca Libraries Copyright for details, or please contact the copyright team through The Service Hub.
