All Seneca students can use Scott Library's print collections in-library.

Seneca students who are enrolled in joint Seneca-York University Programs and receive sessional identification cards from York can borrow items from Scott Library.

Other Seneca users, including faculty, are expected to register as an external borrower at a cost set by York University Libraries.
