Here's the APA rules for citing images, and here's the MLA rules.

However, it's important to note that you didn't get an image "from Google." The images are from websites that you found through Google but they are not images created by Google.

When you do a google image search there are two recommendations:

1) Make sure that you are using an image that has no copyright restrictions. One easy way to do this is after you do a google image search, click on Search Tools, then Usage Rights, then Labeled for Reuse. This means you can be relatively confident you are allowed to use this image.

2) When you find the image, click on either view image or view website to see where the image actually came from. Doing this will give you the URL you need to find out which website you actually got the image from.
