A block indicates some sort of problem with your library account and we will need to check your record to find out what's going on.

Your account may become blocked because:

  • You owe fines of $2.00 or more
  • You have a book that is currently overdue
  • You are not currently registered for courses (you must be enrolled in the current semester)

If a block has been placed on your library account, please stop by the library or contact us through e-mail, phone, or text (don't forget to include your student number) so we can investigate the problem.

For more information about fines, please see our Fines page.
